Upon completion of your order, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order form. Please review your purchase and contact us immediately if you must make a change to your order. If we need to get in touch with you for any reason, the provided email address will be used. Your credit card is charged at the time of your order. If you are pre-ordering product that is not in stock, this assures that the quantity of the items is reserved for you when the item becomes available for shipment.

Upon receipt of your check we will email a receipt. Orders by cashierís check will be sent upon receipt of payment. Orders by check will be shipped upon clearance of the check. Please allow adequate time when placing your order.
Sales tax of 7% will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to within the state of Florida. At this time, we do not collect sales tax for orders shipping to other states. Your state may require you to inform them of your purchase and submit the appropriate sales tax.
We believe we've assembled exceptional products at very reasonable prices, and so we are confident you'll be pleased with your order. Nonetheless, any of our products, except for clearance, personalized or edible items, are returnable if they fail to meet your expectations.
If you need to return something, please send an email to Returns@JoyfulBride.com or call us at 1-888-344-1225 within 7 days of receiving your order (the Receive Date is based on our carrier's tracking system) for authorization on a return. A Return Authorization MUST accompany your return.
Partial returns of an item will not be authorized. For example, if the original order included 50 of a particular item, 50 will be eligible for a return; 15 of the 50 are not eligible unless damaged in shipment or defective. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
Claims for damaged, defective or missing product must be made to JoyfulBride within 7 days of receipt. You may call us, 888-344-1225, or email us, Help@JoyfulBride.com to make a claim. We require a photo (or more than one if necessary) be emailed to us at Help@JoyfulBride.com.
After inspecting returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping fee. Credit for an authorized return will be processed within 4 business days of its return. Most credit card issuers take two to four business days to apply the credit to your account.
In case of damaged or incorrectly personalized items, please email a photo of the damage to Help@JoyfulBride.com. If more than one item is damaged, please email a group photo as well. A replacement will be shipped as soon as possible for qualified items.
Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of your order. In most cases, personalized items will take a little longer before shipment and may ship separately from the rest of your order. Nearly all our product descriptions provide an estimated shipping time. Most orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and you may receive your order in multiple shipments. When this happens, you will not be assessed an additional shipping fee.
JoyfulBride.com uses UPS or FedEx Ground for most shipping within the United States. UPS requires a street address; they will not deliver to a post office box. Our shipping rates are the same as those posted on the UPS website; no handling fee is accessed.
When providing us with your shipping address be sure to enter all pertinent information such as apartment or suite numbers. Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. You may wish to ship to a work address if you are not home during the day. If your order is going to your work address, be sure to include the business name and the floor number and/or suite number.
There may be an additional fee charged for an incorrect address listed on the order form, or for any change of address once the package has received a courier tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to provide not only the correct shipping address but also one where orders will be received by the customer. JoyfulBride.com assumes no liability for packages left at the door. If the package is left at the door, it will be the customer's sole responsibility to ensure receipt.If the courier will not leave the package at your door, 2 more attempts will be made before it is returned it to its origination. It is the customer's responsibility for an extra shipping fee if this should happen.
JoyfulBride.com does not ship outside the United States at this time.If you would like to place an order with a non-US issued credit card shipping to a United States address, please call us to place your order.
If you require a rush delivery, in most cases we can ship 2nd day air or overnight. There is an additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd Day Air that we would be happy to discuss with you. For email requests, please include product, quantity and shipping zip code. Please be aware that in most cases, two to five days is still required for processing your order.
We will email your shipment tracking number to the email address you provide us on your order form along with the date of delivery provided by the shipping courier.
Should your package not arrived by the scheduled date stated on the tracking report, please contact us so that we can put a tracer on your delayed package. JoyfulBride.com will do everything we can to help you track your package, however we are not responsible for your lost or delayed package once the package has been scanned onto the courier's tracking system.
